As your Realtor® I’ll match your intensity during your home search. You decide what homes you’d like to see and you set the pace. I just follow your lead.
As your buyer’s agent, my job is not to “sell you” on a home. My job is to help you determine if a home is the right fit for you. If you are seriously considering a home, I’ll do my best to point out as many of its flaws and any old systems that I can spot in our showing. Why? So that you can head into the offer process aware of potential issues that could arise during inspections. No home is perfect, so it’s important that you are aware of its shortcomings and feel comfortable taking on its imperfections.
Throughout the inspection process, I will do my best to help you research the property’s permit history and provide you with resources to further your knowledge on the external conditions that could affect the homes value. If health and safety concerns arise during the inspection process, I will diligently acquire bids from licensed contractors to repair the issues, and guide you through negotiations with the seller. As we near the close of your sale I follow up on repairs, confirm that contractors have been paid, and ensure the home is left in good condition for your move.
From start to finish I pride myself in providing transparent communication, timely responses, and thorough answers. Finding the right home can feel overwhelming, but I do my best to make the process as stress-free as possible. You may even find yourself having fun along the way, listening to my dry jokes and charming anecdotes.
